We’ve been doing some descriptive writing this week and discussing how important the details are. Some of you found that it was more difficult than you thought to describe your monsters! For tonight’s blogging assignment, I want you to write about your favorite room in your house. Be sure to tell me which room it is and describe what it looks like (i.e. the color of the walls, what furniture it has, etc.). Help me to make a mental image of that room in my mind! Be sure to read over your writing and make corrections before you submit!

My favorite room in the house is my mom and dad’s room. It has white walls and a giant king size bed! The bed is red with yellow and I think it is really pretty! My mom just had a really amazing bathroom and shower put in that has a granite sink and counter tops. On the wall there is a window that has a view of the back yard!

My favorite room in the house is my room. It has light pink walls. It has a marron bathroom with a toilet, shower, and sink. It has a wite beauty desk, a wihte drawer, and a full size bed wight wihte posts. My closet has four places to hang up clothes.
my house would have to be my mom and dads room. It has white walls. A great view of the back yard. It has a shower bathroom . It has two sinks. The bed is a king size bed that has red sheets. I also like the loft with are computers and a TV. that I play my vidieogames on and we like to wach cartoons there. The room is painted litte brown and has a picture of Gretzky from the kings and two hocky sticks and a hat. We have a homeplate that has all of are signed baseballs and we have one that has the signed baseballs of the Dodgers infield When my dad was a kid.

My favorite room in my house is my room because I love sleeping (except when I have BAD dreams). My room theme is “an artists studio”. Some of my artwork is hanging on the walls. The walls are a lime-ish green color and the floor is wood. There are two round rugs in my room. One is bright pink and the other is lime green. In my room there is a cream color iron bed, a green bed-side table, a wooden desk and white iron chair, a tall green cabinet, and a wooden cedar chest. There is also a doll house and artists easel. The ceiling is white and is covered with glow-in-the-dark stars. The closet doors are mirrors, and if you open it you will see LOTS of clothes, shoes, books, and other STUFF.
My favorite room is the playroom. It has hard, cool, white tile floor, light tan walls, with white trim, and the white ceiling slants down to meet the large windows looking out into the back yard. In the middle of the ceiling is a light with a fan. The playroom is usually pretty messy and is divided into different sections with the middle open. On the left is a green roof, cream walls with yellow trim playhouse. There is a red cash register inside the house along with some yellow chairs. Next to the playhouse are colorful containers filled with lots of different types of toys in them. Next to the containers are large woodblocks stacked but not neatly about 2 feet high. As you continue to look to the right of the blocks there is a hockey table that we can’t use because we have art crafts stacked on top of it. On the back wall we have shelfs filled with art supplies and movies music and DVDs. In the back right corner there is and art painting easel with oil paints and a white board on it just waiting to be painted. On the right wall are tall white cupboards then a little table and then more white cupboards. The cabinets are filled with books and board games and are usually not closed all the way. Then right in front of it is the T.V room with an old couch and a large pinewood coffee table.
My favorite room is the living room. I like this room because it has the T.V in it. It has two couches, one brown and one tannish. The T.V is in front of the brown couch. The tan couch is facing east and facing two brown chairs that are facing west. And T.V is facing north and the brown couch is facing south. And it has big windows.
My favorite room is the garage because when my mom’s car is not parked in there me and my friends hang out climb on our rock wall and skate on my half
pipe. It stores my favorite stuff like my skate boards and bikes my motorcycles
and my hockey stuff. The walls are black but you can’t really see them because there are boxes piled up on top of each other.
My favorite room in my house is my room. My room is really messy and has no theme. It has white walls and a white ceiling,it has a wooden bunk bed pressed against the wall. At the back of the room is a doll house made out of a bunch of wooden boxes. There is a big window on one wall and under the window there are a bunch of see through containers with toys in them. On my right of the containers are two dressers both of them are white. Next to the dressers are a bunch of white plastic boxes for toys to go in. On the opposite wall of the window there are two book cases completely full of books. On my right of the book cases there are 3 wooden boxes full of stuffed animals and more toys. The carpet is white and covered almost completely with toys and boxes. The door is white with lots of posters and signs on both sides. On the end of the bunk bed there is a hammock filled with Arianna’s stuffed animals.
My favorite room in my house is my Play Room. It has a Wii, PS3 and a TV. It has red walls and it has a window that you can see whenever anyone come to the door. It has a colorful rug with blue, red, green, light green, light blue, pink, orange, white and brown. I have Angel pictures on the wall by the TV, an Angels calendar on the wall next two the window and a game schedule of the Angles next to the pictures.
My favorite room in the house is the office. The color of the walls is tan. The walls have a lot of framed pictures of me and my family. Plus the walls have awards that my dad won and a picture of the Minnesota Twins of 1987. The desk is brown with a black top. It has a computer and speakers and a lot of pens. There are 3 chairs, 2 black and 1 red. There is a tall. black lamp in the corner. The bookshelf is brown with a lot of novels and history books. On top are the CD player and the printer. i like the office because you get to play on the computer like Club Penguin and Webkinz.
My favorite room in my house is my room. The first thing you see is my door which has white sea shells all over the front.Then you see my beds covered with silky teal-colored soft comforters with millions of stuffed toys and horses. On one wall I have lots of shelves full of wide-eyed dolls,pictures and incense. The other walls have painted fish of all colors that are as big as me. Then when you finally look out my windows,you have a brilliant view of not only the sunrise but my fun backyard.
My bedroom is my favorite room in the house. It has white walls and a pink canopy bed that makes the wall pink when the sun shines in. It has a brown dresser that has a a fish tank, my cat drinks out of. It also has a TV thats gray. It even has wooden floors and a rug that covers most of the floor and a red desk.
My favorite room is My room. The walls are white but they have cool pictures all over the place. I have pictures of my friends and my family on a cork board above my dresser. I have a a signed picture of Hilary Duff. I have preety flower pillows and a soft Hawaiian flower bed spread. I have a big toy cabnet, a TV and Playstation. Sometime we play WII in my room too. I have a red bunkbed that I share with my brother. There is a lot of baseball and football stuff in the room because it is half Laine’s room as well. We both love our room.

I have a fan on the ceiling.Also, I have angels on some of the walls and two windchimes.On my bed I have stuffed animals that I have been collecting over the years. I have a nice rug on the carpet and under my bed I have drawers with books. I have posters on the walls and a small table with chairs.
My favriot room in the house is the bathroom. It has a white wall, one white toilet. One brown 2X3 mirror ,one rack. One candle, sink one picture and a lock on the white door.

I have a big shelf with five raks on it and that is where my tropheys. I have a calender and under my bed is a littel play space. And I have a dresser and a lamp. I have a huge desk and on the desk is a globe.
My favorite room in the house is the living room because we have a couch that is just like a bed. We have a 60 inch t.v., a warm fire place made out of bricks ,a couch just like a bed , a see through table with my baby pictures under it. We have all of are movies in are cubard on top of that is pics of my cousins. So that is what my living room looks like!!!
My favorite room in the house is the eating area because it is kind of like a playhouse because that is where I would play all my video games. I play my Game Boy, my DS, my Gamecube and my Wii. It has a huge TV made by JVC and it has cable. It also has a ottoman that is big and a small and big couch. And it has all of my games in a cabinet. I have a lot of games for my Gamecube and DS but only about 3 for my Wii.
My favorite room in my house is the craft room. The craft room is where you can make crafts while watching television! It has white walls, My moms desk, and flowers on it. And it has a picture of me when I was about 3 . So thats my favorite rooms. Hope you
My favrate room is the TV room the TV room is were we have are big sreen TV in it. It has three couches and all of them are a dark green. and the color of the wall is white same whith the houl house but my room is yellow. And it has a white door in the TV room whith white blindes. And it has a tablel in it which has a xbox 360 on it. And it has a enertament senter in it covering the TV. And it has a huge windo in it with white blindes on it.
My favorite room in my house is my room. My room has blue walls, a computer desk, a dresser where I put my socks and pajamas, a table with a lamp, a closet, and a full bed. My room is decorated with large World War II model airplanes that hang from the ceiling. My television, some games and my Game Cube is in my armoire. My cat, Angel, sometimes sleeps in my room with me.
My favorit room in my house is big, fun, and colorful. The colors are tan and has brick walls in the back. The furnetchur is and coutch, and a chare, a T.V., and the carpet sorta looks like striped broun redish color. There is one more thing there is a fire place.
